Jamaica Model United Nations Online Conference 

JAMUN is a virtual 2-day conference designed as a simulation of the United Nations for high school students all around the world. Here, we set the stage for global collaboration, cooperation, and partnership for the next line of leaders. In September of 2020, JAMUN was founded by Paloma LaValley and Mia Minott. Alongside their team, JAMUN came to be the first-ever student-led Model United Nations in the Caribbean.

We are pleased to announce the third annual JAMUN conference this year!

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19), JAMUN will be hosted virtually this year. However, these circumstances allow us to create a forum for young leaders to view and discuss critical issues that the world faces today. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has affected us all in many ways, JAMUN offers a perfect example of the resilience of our generation and the significance of the role that the issues we face today.
